At our house we have a routine before going to the movies. It takes a bit of planning, but is well worth it. First of all, I always look for ORGANIC, NON GMO popcorn and pop it in coconut oil by Jarrow Formulas. It's ORGANIC and has a neutral taste and flavor. Coconut oil is not only healthy, it's also safe at a high heat. After it's popped, I sprinkle it with Celtic Sea Salt. When we eat it at home I melt a little GHEE and drizzle it all over the popcorn. So yummy and good for you too. When we take it to go, I don't usually put the Ghee on the popcorn. My Dad, Orazio Salamone loves to shake ground rosemary on the popcorn too. It adds another layer of flavor that is so different. After the popcorn cools, I fill up brown paper lunch bags - great for on the go - for each person going to the movies.

High on the menu are such flavors as sausages, barley wine, butter oil tea, beef and mutton eaten with the hands, yak tongue, steamed buns, zanba made from highland barley, pastries, sweet tea, butter tea, dried beef, and minced mutton or beef.

If possible, collect a liter of cream from the milk on the day when you wish to make ghee.
